2. Collection and Processing of Data During an Order
When you place an order in our shop, we collect the data you enter to process the purchase contract and deliver the goods to you. This includes:

- Shipping and billing address
- Email address (for sending the order confirmation and invoice)
The legal basis for this processing is the fulfillment of the purchase contract.
3. Transfer of Data to Shipping Service Providers
In order to deliver your ordered goods, we must pass your address data onto the responsible transport service provider. Depending on the origin and size of the goods, these are:
- Deutsche Post / DHL
- Hermes
- Thailand Post (for direct shipping from Thailand)
These service providers process your data solely for the purpose of package delivery.
4. Data Processing for Payment (Bank Transfer / Wise)
We do not use any external, automated online payment providers such as PayPal or credit card processors. Payment is made by an independent bank transfer from the customer to our European business account at Wise. We do not store any bank or credit card details in our shop system. Upon transfer, we only see the data provided on the bank statement (name of the account holder, IBAN, reference).
5. Contact via WhatsApp
If you voluntarily contact us via the WhatsApp QR code or phone number provided on our homepage, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) will process your mobile phone number and the message content. This is done exclusively to handle and answer your personal inquiry.
