General Terms and Conditions & Customer Information (B2B)

§ 1 Scope, Provider and Target Group

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business agreements, offers and deliveries made via this online shop.
(2) The online shop and the entire logistical and financial processing are operated entirely from Thailand. Thai law applies exclusively.
(3) Important notice regarding the clientele: The offers in this online shop are aimed exclusively at commercial customers, entrepreneurs, specialized traders and resellers (B2B). Sales to end consumers or private individuals (B2C) do not take place. A statutory right of withdrawal for consumers is excluded in pure B2B trade.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract and Cancellation

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes a non-binding offer. By submitting an order, the buyer makes a binding purchase offer.
(2) The seller reserves the right to cancel and reject orders at any time and without giving reasons (in particular in the event of non-compliance with the payment terms in § 7).

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) The prices stated on the product pages are net wholesale prices ex warehouse Thailand.
(2) Since the shipment is made directly from Thailand as an export, no German or European VAT is displayed.
(3) Permissible payment methods are bank transfer (advance payment / international transfer), Wise or PayPal under the strict restrictions set out in § 7.
